Seven ways to keep your home clean as you go.

1. Organize your cleaning supplies. Purchase a cleaning caddy and keep your cleaning supplies there.

2. Keep a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner and paper towels in every room for quick clean ups. This will help you clean as you go. For example you're in the bathroom and getting ready for work but you notice that you made a mess of you're bathroom sink. Spray, wipe and walk away.

3. Take of your shoes.  Where is all that dirt come from? Well from outside of course.  Take off your shoes as you enter you home. Keep an assortment of clean house slippers for yourself and family.  Speaking of keeping the dirt coming from the outside.  Invest in a good doormat.  If you don't want to ask your guests to take of their shoes but still want to keep your carpets and floors looking great make sure you buy one that will trap the dirt as they wipe their feet.

4. Save time while you're cleaning.  Make yourself, a cleaning apron with pockets for your cleaning supplies.  Or go out a purchase a tool belt apron, put all your needed supplies a cleaning supplies in there, and clean away.

5. Always let gravity do the work for you.  Clean top to bottom.  Dust from top to bottom and save your vacuuming and sweeping for last.

6. Clean as you cook.  So you're fixing a big dinner and you sit down and eat and the last thing you want to do is clean that disaster of a kitchen afterward.  The solution is cleaning while you cook.  Use those few minutes while your waiting for the pasta to boil to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, wash a pan or wipe up those cleaning messes.

7. Treat yourself.  Hire a professional to clean routinely in your home. Routine cleaning maintenance, is the number one way to keep your home clean.  It also the easiest way the free a lot of time, that you could spend with your family or on a hobby.
